I lost a good paying job and good job years ago because of medical illness an unable to get hired back. So I worked as a dishwasher for almost year, got sick of the abuse and left for a tire factory, got treated poorly and told to do impossible things on production. I left and went to Walmart as a late night janitor. Not liking the late night hours, job isn't terrible so far but only been a week. Hoping to find something else better eventually but I guess I can't complain I'm working. But it's tough to find a decent job these days.
My boss is sooo horrible for 1 anyone he friends with can break the rules and do what they want, they take loads of breaks and im not allowed to get a single meal break but they can eat anytime they want, use their phones, playing stuff and if I stop doing something just for a min they get soo mad at me telling me to get to work and the boss tries to tell me im doing stuff wrong how he wants it done and ill try to correct him how I am and then he threatens to fire me cause he is one of those types that don't want to be proven wrong and is always right. And the other insane thing about him is , is (im a dishwasher) he will tell me not to scrub the dishes just spray them so he leaves and I spray them and he comes back and says "what are you doing??!! I told you to scrub them not spray them!!" So I scrub then and he comes back again and says "Mike!, What did I tell you!? I said to spray them not scrub them! You gonna get fired if you were at any other place!" He is very very very bossy, preppy, and hates people that's not his friend. And he does this all the time I just wanna quit sooo freaken bad right now but ill have no job, I been applying, applaying and applying but no interviews or call backs and when I call they say they didn't get it or they hired someone else. PLS I need a new job , a real job, this is all freaken true what is happening to me.

It's been getting worse!! I'm quitting this Sunday I asked my mean manager for my days to be off Sunday since I'm really busy since my grandfather died not long ago and I only get 2 hours of sleep on Sunday and he says no. So guess what he does?, he changes my schedule even again BUT ALSO destroys one of my days off leaving me with 1 day a week off! Like what the heck?!? He is the most rude manager I ever had in my life. I'm not giving a 2 weeks notice I'm quitting.

The mean manager was not here today and this new lady manager was begging me to comeback today cause she only there on Sundays so I agreed and will quit tomorrow .
Thinking I got to have this job since they so hard to find weather I walk are riding to work appreciation sometimes want hurt instead of always complaints sometime worker need to feel good about there work are even afford instead of feeling threaten of losing they job for what ever reason u may not can make it every day are u made mistake while working are u ask for a day off u may get more than a day off
Only accept a job there if you are desperate for money. And even then, start looking for a REAL company to work for the moment you get in.
