@Jeremiah shields Hello Jeremiah, typically you have to be at least 18 but I do believe depending on the job and the area you can be younger, you’d have to double check this however. Hope it helps and good luck out there 👍🏼

Low paying job. One of the worst companies to work for. Very hard labor

What I loved about working at #Dollar General was everything. The guest and workers were nice. Everyone looked out for eachother.

Dollar general is a great place to work.

Before your interview at #Dollar Tree make sure to...

I definitely would say apply somewhere else. The manager at dollar tree is a real narcist , thinks he's a lady's man and married, lies to everyone, doesn't appreciate his employees. Doesn't tell you about anything just expects a person to know what to do. Blames corporate office for not giving out hours if he doesn't like something you do or did or say. Tries to run dollar tree like a farm and fleet store where he used to work. He breaks the companies rules but expects others to NOT break company policy rules. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE.

When I first started I got along fine. Was able to do my job well. Then my boss started telling me about how minimum wage. She had a problem with me earning 11.00 bucks an hour if I want going to move up in the company. However the opportunity never came up for me to do that. So the harassment continued untill I could no no longer do my job well, which led to me quitting the dollar tree.
