Dollar general treats their employees terrible low pay and not enough hours to live on as a Manger my hart would go out to them I no longer work for them and would not ever again

Worst store to work at in the district. One of the hardest ones too. I worked there for 8 months, and it wasn’t worth the stress and heartache to deal with either. Although I will miss my regulars, and the employees I had, I can’t work retail anymore. #management #retail #advice #wordsofadvice

You are always busy.....got to learn what your regular customers wanted...plus I'm a person.....love the atmosphere.....when I worked at dollar general before. We were a family.....there was nothing I didn't like.

Everything , DON’T WORK THIER

I did not like working there. The pay is very low and the work is back breaking. Would not recommend that company to work for.

Better people in cooperate

That it's really close to my home and I can always come in sooner and be available at anytime

More pay and better upper management and communications

Raises a little more often other than that I loved working with Dollar General never missed a day of work

Until I was fired for 11.18. I thought they cared 7 years down drain. Don't waste your time they will throw you away like a piece of trash .
