Can you get a lawyer for a company wrongfully threatening you with a lawsuit? For context, I was supposed to return equipment after I received the return kit, and did so post haste (recieved the kit that morning, returned to UPS that afternoon). I have proof that not only did I send the equipment back, but that they received it. Today (October 8, 2022) I received a letter (addressed September 22, 2022) threatening to take legal action against me for not returning equipment. The whole letter was very passive aggressive.
