Telling a customer to be careful of a disgruntled employee, that was totally nasty to every person, she worked with (that was not a boss). no matter how many times employees went to complain about this woman, she still remain to have a job?. she followed me outside on my break .. I did apologize to the nasty employee and let her know while doing so, that it would be easier for her to get along with all Coworkers. if she wasn't acting so bossy and nasty towards teammates especially when she didn't bear a boss title. she not only accepted my apology but her attitude got much better after our conversation. everything got better from there.
