Go in with an open mind. The company is driven by some very accomplished & goal oriented employees. I have a lot of piers that I have remained in contact with and enjoy their friendship.

The most rewarding about working there was that i was able to help jump start homeowner's on their way in refinancing their current mortgage to lower the interest rates, and possibly get money back once the interest rate was established with the loan officer. Also checking with my manager to see if the refinancing with through and that the deal was closed.

I cannot recall any issues that I would regard as a mistake. There were times that a decision was made to grant extension of credit & the customer or client was not completely forthcoming with all pertinent information.

A very driven energetic group of people. Management had set goals which were created by the entire team of employees. Employees set goals for themselves and departments. Company worked together as a team, a pleasure to work at Foss. #motivation

I really liked working for Pride Asset Management. Frank Peake is a geat boss. He's very knowledgeable & he willing to impart that knowledge to his employees. It's physically demanding& will keep you in gois shape

It's a seasonal job, but really for me that is not a job; it is a nice place to take the time easy having with my clients whom every year meet with me and knowing They are satisfied with outcomes of reconcilietion of their finances with IRS. In the offices we are an excellent teamwork so really the time pass on and always is sad by the last week at midmonth of April.
