I interviewed with FEDEX and was sent an offer letter. They said they would call me with a start date and have not heard from them. I even emailed them to ask if they rescinded the offer and have not gotten a response. Can they do that? No explanation nothing. Usually you should receive an automated response to confirm that they receive your application. If not, there should be contact info for HR or hiring manager that you can follow up in a week or so as a general rule of thumb. Good luck!
