Laborer Gf at Turner

If you have any certificates for running any equipment such as forklift boom lift scissor lift and relevant experience... if your going to be a laborer go to your local union hall apprentice they will train you in all things laborer if your going to use your hands and your back you might as well get paid proper ... health benefits pension defined contribution... I've work out of my current hall for 28 years concrete side it's not for the weak all you really need is brute force and ignorance but if you want to be a Forman or higher you gotta be smart and not only know your job but every body else's aswell ... knowledge is power and the deeper your skill set is the further you will go if you want to do the bare minimum you will always be at the bottom cause all you got in the laborers trade is your name .

Also she may have hired some else in the company. She gave you faulse hope and that stinks. Keep looking and when land a job it just be better than the one that screwed you over. But don't bur you brides just in case should eventully. I know you're going find something else. I feel it. Don't ask why I know, just take my words with you. You Are Going To Find Something Better! I would suggest saving her contact info, but to move forward with your job search. They may need some extra time in reviewing the right candidates for the position. Their goal is to always find the best fit for the role and that takes time🗓

I’ve been looking for a job for about 6 months I’ve applied to almost every position Yao have and still haven’t gotten a job. They contact me wanting to set up an interview, so we set it up but it’s like as soon as they see me in person they change their minds on hiring me. It’s very discouraging. Can someone give me some tips on what I can do to get hired?!?!? #jobsearch #advice # #interview #followup #wordsofadvice

Have you dressed appropriately (well groomed, business style) for the job interview, including your hairstyle and makeup? Do you speak in slang or with respect for the situation and attendees? Do you come on loud, withdrawn, bragging, sullen, angry, or superior, rather than interested and pleasant? It requires a brutally honest and thorough look at ourselves to admit what we've done that's inappropriate at a job interview, and then change it. Good luck, and I know you'll ace the next one.
