Responsibilities: • Regularly communicate with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap • Develop and oversee testing schedules in a client-server environment, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various devices display the desired content • Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs • Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks • Design perform, robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients • Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud • Create and maintain documentation around features and configuration to save our users time • Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle • Main focus on coding and debugging • Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes • Stay up to date with current best practices • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications

Skills and Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a Back-end developer • Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and jQuery.
• Excellent with PHP (LARAVEL or SYMFONY Framework) Node JS or PYTHON. • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools. • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement. • Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently or with a group. • Willingness to sit at a desk for extended periods. • Growth mindset, challenging status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas • Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies

East work is a good environment to work in. And they are good ppl to work for. They always say you can go far with a job you like doing, I definitely lived working there and I definitely would work there again

This is a very intense job! You will be heartbroken and joyful several times a day. Working at the shelter was both physically and emotionally demanding, but at the end of most days I was thankful to have been a part of that beautiful chaos.
