Keep looking!!! Beware of the job postings. They are not even close to the actual job disciptions they list. No real benefits. As Front Line Supervisor, you are exempt from overtime. Yet they expect. 50 hours or more per week. Goals they set for you are unattainable! No support from your higher management. No work ethics. Hostile environment. To report it is useless. HR just dismisses it as "it is what it is"!. The only way you can advance is if you are someone's buddy. You do your own eval every year. No bonuses. If there are any 1-3% is the max. NEVER EVER QUESTION ANY ONE ABOVE YOU. Basically the worst place to work if you have any self respect. Do as your told or they will find someone else to do your job. They will tell you that daily. If it was a great place to work. Why are they losing 3 FLS's a week sense last July? Some of them such as I have been there 10 plus years......
