The fact that what we were creating was to help make our country strong! That the Sailors were counting on us to give them the best ship we could possibly give them.

A #stressful #GeneralDynamics/NathIronWorks day

EVERY DAY. For them " Failure is not an option". It's a guaranty!! Your best will never be good enough. Give 110%, they will expect 220!

Keep looking!!! Beware of the job postings. They are not even close to the actual job disciptions they list. No real benefits. As Front Line Supervisor, you are exempt from overtime. Yet they expect. 50 hours or more per week. Goals they set for you are unattainable! No support from your higher management. No work ethics. Hostile environment. To report it is useless. HR just dismisses it as "it is what it is"!. The only way you can advance is if you are someone's buddy. You do your own eval every year. No bonuses. If there are any 1-3% is the max. NEVER EVER QUESTION ANY ONE ABOVE YOU. Basically the worst place to work if you have any self respect. Do as your told or they will find someone else to do your job. They will tell you that daily. If it was a great place to work. Why are they losing 3 FLS's a week sense last July? Some of them such as I have been there 10 plus years......

There is room for advancement in all departments. If you show up do your job you have nothing to worry about. I love the people, I love the opportunities with acting positions and I love the feeling you get when you help a person and they tell you how difficult it was before they got to you. It's rewarding!

It's a good company to work for, they offer great benefits and a competitive payrate for call center work. The downside is that it is a government contract, so they are strict, and with the Obamacare program you deal with a lot of disgruntled people simply due to the fact that the program is so unpopular.
