Plssss hired for this position #advice

11 yrs forklift operator,

Most companies prefer that you already have experience...of course. But every company I've worked for will train and certify you themselves.

I have plenty of experience I don't understand what I'm having trouble finding work

I need to be in the US. resident for get a job as a Customer Service Representative?

Don't over think it. Be yourself. Respectful. Treating people the way you would like to be treated.

Depends on the company.

Do you have to be certified or something?

Background checks should never be done after being hired but before someone is hired. That's a waste of time for the person getting hired and shows how unprofessional the employer really is.

Interview advice #1. Before any job interview, take some time to research the company. Hiring managers love to see you’ve done some homework.

Nothing really, standing for long periods of time. Being able to organize. Usually all you do is get a flat bed of product, or cart , then you basically put the item on the shelf, where it belongs. Lots of stores have plan o grams and already have things mapped out.
