Honestly it actually depends on the place that is hiring. Most places don't require any experience to be hard as a team member unless it would be factories or certain other places of employment

If GM started to not like you he Would “ Have a Plan” for that employe which meant that employee wouldn’t be working there much longer, GM would send candies and gifts to our HR person so he never got called on any of the dismissals. Hired from outside company to fill an AGM position, it should have gone to another AOM , who came up thru the ranks from bartender, moved and put his life on hold for 2 yrs, to help get this location back to number 3 in company, only to be passed over cuz because he wasn’t a yes man to the GM. The employees were mostly great, hard working group with a few exceptions. But the GM WAS TOXIC. But since his numbers were good e was a rising star, and couldn’t be touched, or maybe corporate wouldn’t touch him cuz his #’s were good. I made money there, good money, earned every penny of it and then some.

Looking for assembly line work.I am a senior citizen
My BF was hired at a company. He provided the info for a background check and a week later was hired. He didn't disclose the pending charge as we researched the laws in MA and they stated since it's pending n not convicted he doesnt have to disclose. Either way they hired him and on his 1st day they fired him due to pending charge. Is there anything he can do. Seems they should have had the background check prior to them hiring him?
So far due to my felony background years ago I can't count how many different grants and jobs and housing I have been turned away, denied, not eligible, discrimination at its fullest per HUD housings own writings as attached...
