Always SMILE, and say hello and customer thank you and youll see them again soon. I believe I pr9vided great cust svs ad they are important. I also look at appearence of register area....kept my area clean and welcoming.

I believe that it was because of my customer service experiences running catering companies that handled both corporate and events and the success of these companies. I also think it was because of my extensive knowledge of food and could work in many operations of Giant Eagle.

I have taken orders for cakes from customers shopping and had it done before they were done shopping.

I loved the customers and the friendly smiles when they came through my checkout line. I loved helping the customers that weren't being rude but I helped everyone bad mood or not. That is my style
