The biggest mistake I made as a #Paraprofessional at #Gisd ...

The biggest mistake was 5years and you cant move up ...they promise pay will but it doesnt either ! Biggest waste! And once a month No thank you!!!

Working with my kids ...watching them take off with reading and basic math was so rewarding!
