The biggest mistake was 5years and you cant move up ...they promise pay will but it doesnt either ! Biggest waste! And once a month No thank you!!!

It is more humatarian work than other, Particularly when you work with students with disabilities, You need to have big hart, and patience.

To be able to assist students with disabilities, and let’s them like the education & the school as well. The team work is the main reason that I feel I could have easily handles my job.
