This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2 S Cascade Suite 140 Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

The Social Worker / Discharge Planner is responsible and accountable for coordination of patient services through an interdisciplinary process, which provides clinical and psychosocial approach through continuum of care. Discharge planning will begin at the time of (or prior to) admission, and reassessed ongoing throughout the course of hospitalization. Quality and Risk Management issues will also be monitored for and reported as appropriate. Provides direct social work / case management services to patients and / or families and hospital staff on the inpatient medical units to ensure needed assessment intervention, support, and referral. Coordinates services with other members of the health care team community wide. Respond to information and referral needs of the community.

This position is part-time (24 hours / week). Employees are required to work any part-time shift schedule. Candidates will select six (6) shifts per pay period between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00 PM, including one (1) weekend shift. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 4747 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO.

•The Social Worker (Discharge Planning) as part of a multidisciplinary team, including the patient / family, physicians, nurse’s therapists, and payors ensures the patient’s progress in the acute episode of care through post discharge and is quality driven while being efficient and cost effective. The incumbent interacts with patients, family members, healthcare professionals, and community and state agencies in this effort. The Care Manager / Social Worker serves as a liaison between the hospital and community agencies or facilities for the exchange of clinical and referral information. The Social Worker (Discharge Planning) reviews high risk adult patients from a psychosocial and medical perspective and assesses the psychological needs of patients and families and provides information, support, counseling, care management, and referrals to appropriate resources.

This position is full – time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work regular business hours. Our office is located at 489 State Street, Bangor, ME, 04401.

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our growing manufacturing plant, located near Bedford, NH.

Responsible for evaluating and improving plant performance, continuous improvement, automation, safety, quality, production output and operating cost. Familiar with the use of lean manufacturing techniques, root cause analysis 3D problem solving and leading cross functional teams to provide process improvements. Leading quality activities and ensuring QMS compliance.

Experience with implementation of adaptable robotics/automation is strongly preferred. Must have outstanding organizational, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
