As an independent contractor I have to account for all my expenses and cost. I have to be extra organized and meticulous if I want to minimize my expenses at the end of the year. Additionally, when it comes down to meeting a deadline or that extra push required to get a project of the ground, I can’t rely on anyone else but me to execute accordingly. This can mean more work and effort for me at the end of a project.

My advice to people interested in working at #JeffreyEberhardtconsultantllc as a #Independentcontractor ...
before working with jeff make sure you get your contract in writing. jeff has a tendancy to often change his mind about the detailsof job you will be doing, how much you will be getting paid for the job, and what your hours will be. each day you work i suggest you write down your hours and keep very close track. when you get paid make sure you get all wages earned. i have found that jeff will often pay about half of what was to be paid.knowing most wont argue for at least they have a job that is paying, at least in the beginning. when i quit working for jeff he hadnt paid me in 6 weeks{ supposed to be according to jeff once a week} he then told me that each day he wasnt able to pay me $50 dollars would be added to what was owed to me. well in short when i quit working for him he already owed me just for the actual work i performed about $2000. if i were to add the $50 a day to it on top of that, well let just say he has only paid me since the end of february 1 payment of $300. he also told me that anything that he owed my husband for working for him wasnt going to be paid because it wasnt owed since i never should have brought him to work even though i was asked to several times. so if you do consider working for jeff and his company my advice would be unless you like working for little to no money, i would really consider working else where
