They will love the customer's, but sometimes it is a very stressful job. And customers can be picky.

I was not getting a newspaper to a customer at the desired time. So.i. rearranged my schedule to provide this customer with a earlier delivery time to make the customer happy, and deserve,the excellent customer service they deserve.
