Great Echo in the Sea

Oceanic voyage is a weird course with no boundaries. You can't stop boasting of its beauty, love, and dread. Yes, the sea is sternly dreadful. It pays no regard to anyone except the sender. The noise of the ocean is fear, distraction, terrible and difficult. The look of it is more boisterous than any man. You can not tame it by its own hands, nor can you create a path for it. The ocean never provides a negative by its dreadful appearance, but the Son of God commanded it.

In His statements, Jesus said that a man would be able to overcome the rambunctious sea with a strong heart to exercise the first rule, inward ability.

#jobsearch

Hello Everyone, I want to thank everyone for the encouragement and positive words on this site. I appreciate all of you and I hope we all find amazing jobs one day. But until then I just wanted to spread some positive vibes.

During COVID, I was laid off and unemployed for most of the pandemic, I would apply for job after job with no results even with someone with my credentials. I used the time to continue learning and spending time with my son who's almost 6 now. One day a random recruiter called me and offered an amazing job opportunity. It's been a few months now and I'm very grateful. I hope the same happens for all of you that read this.

Be safe and stay well!

When I first found customer service, I was so bad at meeting all of the metrics but my ability to gain loyal customers, be relatable and build rapport was beyond amazing. I eventually went from almost losing my job to Employee of the month under a different Team Leader who helped coach me and get me to where I need to be. I could not understand how I go to work faithfully and end up as the name at the very bottom of the list, but it was not just me showing up but it was also the influence of another leader that helped me achieve higher than I knew existed. It's easy to say " work is work" when in fact Work is apart of your everyday life, maintain professionalism should be the only "changing up" you should do when at work. I'm not saying to go to work expecting to make friends but go to work expecting to Network and make the workplace a better place for you, your team and ultimately the company. We are impacted by people on a daily basis and we will always be impacted or influenced by those we see on a daily basis which can ultimately have an affect on the fruit of your work or even your work attitude. The Impression you make in the interview should be the You that goes with you everywhere you go and each position you excel to. #wordsofadvice #motivation #inspiration #jobsearch #advice

Be the gift for others and allow the people in your life to see the world differently through your actions. Focus on authentic happiness and aim for the perfect life, which is subjective. Don't cast stones, rather flourish in the opportunities within optimism and understand how rich intention can be in the process of change. #motivation #inspiration #jobsearch #wordsofadvice

I just applied for a job at Menard and they turned me down. I could tell that they didn't want to give me a chance so they decided to go to someone else and that's fine with me because I applied for a job at Lowe's and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Sounds plain? Sorry, Chris Grosser, but that’s right. But as a matter of fact, easy things always come out hard.

What is an opportunity itself for you? We all have our own definitions, but the fact that it is something new, sometimes hard, and usually out of our comfort zone remains unchanged.

First thing first, do you believe in fate? Because opportunities don’t. The truth is that the world doesn't revolve around you. And to answer the question "How do you get that opportunity?" I will use a simple thing again: work. Work on your goals, on your development and broaden your horizons- that’s how you can pluck the star from the sky.

As a year ago I wouldn’t even dream of getting the job I have today. Am I an owner of something? Not at all. Do I run some business? Nothing could be further from the truth. Regardless, I do appreciate the opportunity I have today a lot. Praising what you have today is essential we all forget about.

So let’s create new opportunities and praise them together! Tell me more about yourself/ your occupation in the comments⬇️ I go first

Much better to love your job. I’ve been in both position. If you love your job you get up in the morning and almost run to work. You are enthusiastic and happy to be there. You will take pride in everything that you do. Not everybody is that lucky however. If you can’t love it at least find something that you can like about it,Develop a part of it that you can take pride in. #motivation #inspiration #wordsofadvice
