On the job that's usually the only time I'd see them is when we'd have meetings weekly meetings with Independent School District of Dallas and everyone I met that were also superintendence they all knew they would rather be at the job then going over paperwork that has nothing to do with our job when there's five different superintendence in the room and we're going one by one by one instead of talking about where the problems are at those locations instead of going through the whole nine yards with one superintendent I understood that they had to get back to their job and I was always the last to be able to say what's going on but there would be times I had Subs in the building I had no backup to be watching the subs do their work it made me uncomfortable when I know there could be something going on and I'm sitting in a room answering questions about small stuff not the big stuff
