Never take a job with this company, they don't care about their customers or employees, all they care about is your production and stats. The only time you hear from the company is when you do something wrong. They don't train you well at all they only rush you through it then throw you into production. Please do not take this job the pay is awfully disappointing and it won't be long before your metrics will have them trying to fire you.

Rewarding, Doctor’ pleasant. Great Staff- hospital next to clinic

I worked for Kaiser after Little company of mary in Torrance, I enjoyed both facilities & would Love to come back. I'm a people person & I love helping with billing and customer service. I also encountered a position at AMR for 2 years & Chiropractic for 3 years. #aboutmyjob

The nurses union was really on top of things. My coworkers were amazing, and the surgeons acted like we were all on the same team. Great pay.

A good boss. If you can't complete your daily assigned tasks in 8 hours, you are not being properly managed.... Even working 9 to 10 hours a day. Too much!!!

My time at Kaiser Permanente was the most wonderful time of my life! A great 20 years. Awesome coworkers and managers! Retired now but would go back part-time if I could❤

A very well structured Health Care Industry with opportunities for their employees as well . Kaiser mission statement is to serve their members a culture of service is well implied.

My co workers were excellent we all worked together as a team. The benefits were also excellent. I wish I never quit, but we had to relocate to northern california my spouse's father was battling cancer so we decided to move back to my husbands home town to help out his family.

Kaiser is a great company and is wonderful for its employees. I just don't think they are "there yet" for how they help their employees manage stress. At least in the HR department where we should lead by example, it was considered a "privilege" to work from home and you had to use negotiating skills to get one day per month to work from home. If you had an emergency you would be "allowed" but it was a bit silly. I think it has to do with culture and not with need. A good 85-95% of my clients worked remote and emails / phones / video chat would be fine - so why be in an my office(?). I think stress management is something HR leadership needs to tackle as this is why I won't return to Kaiser in HR...don't recommend them for HR either due to the reasons I noted above..
