After navigating the Legal aspect of liability and the potential of Re-Injury after a successful rehabilitation from multiple surgeries, I'm happy and impressed by Top managements support of my return to my previous position within the company. My return is starting 12/20/21. I credit my return to keeping in touch with upper Management even though I'm a Union member in good standing. I Also kept in contact with my immediate supervisors, co- workers,venders and subcontractors. I'm a pain in the a** at times but I don't like loosing. I'm not perfect and neither is the Major property management company I'm returning to work for but we both now what to expect from each other and sometimes that's enough..

I was thinking of Robin Williams a lot in my own cold negative fog of unemployment disparity, and came across the Peanuts Gang and realized that in my thoughts, negativity can weigh so heavy, that taking your own life becomes the only clear thought that you think you're having at that time.
