You don't start as a career employee. Depending on the office, managers, job performance and other factors, you begin as a temporary. Usually after one to three years you may have the opportunity to become career. It is a very intense and stressful multi tasking job.

As w. so many other jobs, unfortunately, probably not a long-term occupation, due to the digital age (and drones!).
