I would tell them to have fun and to be unafraid to share your ideas and creativity with her.

My biggest mistake was not having worked for her earlier than I did.

What I loved about working for Linda Pavis is that she wasn't just my boss, she is my friend. Working with her was a great experience and I was doing something I loved, gardening, and landscaping. She valued my input and encouraged me to keep bringing new ideas to the table. She allowed me to use my creativity and ingenuity on a daily basis.
