I once had a miscommunication with a customer, and they reported me. They thought I was being very disrespectful due to my miscommunication, and when I tried to explain my mistake, they wouldn’t hear it. However, management knew me well enough to know my miscommunication was an accident, and nothing came of it

I had a miscommunication with a customer that could have been handled differently. I did something I didn’t realize had made the customer angry at me, and they reported me. However, the management knew me well enough to know that the mistake was nothing more than a miscommunication, and nothing became of it
