
First, a candidate needs to enjoy baseball. Second, one must recognize that working at the game and being a fan attending the game are quite different experiences. Standing for several hours is physically taxing and it is the job to fulfill nevertheless. A great job to those who want to work at it.

Not dressing for the elements properly, so standing on a cold blustery day for as much as five hours can be really taxing no matter how many layers of clothing. Always have backup sweatshirt in the locker.

Do your best work and you’ll be rewarded for it. They respect hard workers

I had a miscommunication with a customer that could have been handled differently. I did something I didn’t realize had made the customer angry at me, and they reported me. However, the management knew me well enough to know that the mistake was nothing more than a miscommunication, and nothing became of it



My advice to someone who is looking to work at summerfest is to wear comfortable shoes.

Having my phone out trying to record someone that was performing and I got caught by my supervisor luckily I didn't get in trouble.


Just have fun you will meet a lot of different people it a fun job
