Happy Mother’s Day! As we’re celebrating our amazing moms and motherly figures in our lives, have you wondered how they have impacted your career development?
I would definitely say my mom plays an instrumental role in my career. She’s extremely hardworking, driven and dedicated to both work and family even though she constantly had to juggle that all by herself. She’s my best role model and deeply influenced how I would want to become as a professional or even as a working parent one day.
How is your career impacted by any role model in your family?
- ❤️ I’m very lucky to have my family’s unconditional support for my career decision
- 💯 I’m following the footsteps of my family member in the profession I’m in today
- 👏 I’m grateful for the dedication of resources and network from my family so I can be in my current career

Hoping all our Jobcaser Mom's have a beautiful spring day full of love and appreciation. We all know the hardest and most demanding job is that of a Mother. You hold everything together, always put others first and somehow tap into infinite energy reserves. We get it, even when we forget to express it. So - thanks Moms! you Rock!

I read this amazingly sweet article and wanted to share it with you all! Linda Owens, from #Haywood, California, has fostered 81 infants over the past 34 years, providing them with love, comfort, and a safe place to stay. What an inspiring read just a few days before #MothersDay! 💕
She is called several times a year to pick up newborns who cannot live with their birth mothers by court order. Many of the babies were exposed to drugs in the womb and stay with Owens until a judge rules they can be reunited with their parents or they are adopted, she said.

Dear Moms,
I know this is an INSANE time for you. I know this because I am a mom myself. My baby is 20 months old. I love her more than anything in the world, but being a mother is HARD.
So make sure to take some time for yourself this weekend and any old time. Mother's Day isn't just this Sunday, it's every day whether it's a holiday or not. : )
...and in case you forgot
YOU are a superhero and YOU are doing an amazing job!!
What has been your toughest mom moment this past year?
For me, it's been keeping her occupied without screen time while I get my work done! Oh yeah and that one time we thought she might have swallowed a penny haha.
Share yours : )

Mom’s are amazing!
And now they are stepping up in incredible ways in 2020. No surprises there.
We celebrate, appreciate and love you all.
Thank you!
And we hope you have the fabulous day you so deserve! #MothersDay #moms #heroes

I remember it was around this time when I worked at CVS and Mother's Day was coming up. I helped this little girl, she couldn't have been more than 10 help pick out a card for her mom. Her mom was in the store and she told her she had to wait up front and she came up and said she needed help. She took my hand and walked me over to the cards. I was in the middle of stocking but my boss saw me and gave me the ok. We went through probably like 15 cards or so until we found the one she liked. She gave me a hug and went and paid for her card with the change she had saved. CUTEST THING ever!!!!

We recently spoke with Tonya Smith (https://www.jobcase.com/profiles/xXxjRDZNAOhJ3wvXMdQSIXSL) and she gave some great advice to stay-at-home moms who are looking to transition back to work!
Do you have any other advice to add? #MothersDay
