Hi everyone, I've read many posts here any answered quite a few...now I have my own question. My husband and I are moving to Michigan. We are currently working with recruiters on the job side of searches. Can anyone tell us about life in Michigan other than it being very snowy? We love the snow and that's one of the reasons we decided to move there. We also know we should be looking down state since yuppers is more of a vacation spot. I'm looking for more of what to expect from a day to day basis. How are the people? Shopping? Living condition? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone! :) #moving #Michigan

So I have had a job offer, and I really would love to take it. The problem is that I am not talking about oving to another city, or even another state. I would need to move to another country. The legal aspect I know how to handle. What I don't understand is how do you prepare for something like that, and what am I suppose to bring to at least help make the transition a little bit smoother. I furtunately have some time before I need to be there.
