#MyThoughts on Sunday Evening, It’s been awhile since I share #MyThoughts with the community. What better time to start by making sure you update your profile and resume. This plays a major role in helping people find jobs that relate to your criteria. If you don’t have your profile updated or incomplete, it affects the jobs that one might receive in their email.
Like anything else it takes effort to succeed. It starts with putting in the work to reap the rewards. With that said let me move on to another topic. We are a community of talent with the goal of helping people achieve their goals when searching for work. A community of people from all walks of life willing to support each other. Unfortunately, they will always be some with negative intents. They post fake jobs, ask for your personal information. Like anything else, it’s always best to keep these tips in mind.

Before giving out your personal information, make sure you are applying at the right place. Companies that are hiring usually post it in the Jobcase Job Search platform.
When reading the post in the community, pay attention to the post. If they are offering a job, this is a Red Flag 🚩Don’t fall victim to it. In order to prevent this in the community, read the articles that myself and others post on How to Avoid Being Scammed.
If it sounds to good to be true, it’s a Scam.
