I need an OPTICAL WORLD manager about my issues working there and why i quit lol!

With everyone looking to work remote from home, are we looking at the whole picture? Over the past few days, I read a few articles regarding this topic. One article goes on to say Americans are starting a trend and not paying attention to what’s going on for the future. The pandemic hit and before you know it companies starting allowing their employees to work remote from home. Before you know it, the remote trend started. Companies starting allowing their employees to work remotely from home. Fast Forward to Present - These same companies are starting to outsource these same positions over seas. This is a trend that has happened in the past. Is history repeating itself. Looking back years ago. Sales Calls. Call Centers, started with hiring employees to cold call, sell items, soliciting donations, and more. Before you know it these same companies starting outsourcing these positions overseas. Why would they pay a person minimum wage to work when they can hire a person overseas for far less the cost of hiring people in the states? This is something I think requires looking into further. While searching into it further, I found the average pay rate for a call center person is $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Overseas, you can hire 3-4 people for the same hourly rate. The company is the one who benefits the most. Not believing this was the case, as a small business owner I decided to use it to my advantage. I did some research and here is what I found out. I could by hours at $5.00 per hour. The company is located in India. Before I knew it, my rating went up and calls were being answered. My sales increase by 20%. On the other hand prior to outsourcing the work. I hired 2 employees to handle my phones and customer service part of the company. I agreed to hire them at $15.00 per hour and 40 hour work week. Within two weeks, I noticed my rating started going up, and customers were happy. Then the workers started calling in sick, not show up some days, and didn’t return phone calls in a timely manner. My rating went down and lost customers. This is why we need to rethink if we are starting something we will regret in the future.

#mythoughts As a whole lexicon is a good company to work for. But in my case the leadership was lacking. Impart of promotions I was supposed to be made a Forman and wasn't. Being a journeyman Ironworker welder. We are held to a higher standard than most. I was will and able to fulfill the tasks of the Forman position. But my site manager was not willing to let me take that position. Despite him saying he was going to.

Who Pays $30.00 per hour working 2-4 hours Per Day? Not Many That I know of? Ask you to reply to a Personal Email? If it is a Real Company, why are they not providing the Company Website? Some Companies offer their Employees a Referral Bonus. When the Interview takes place, they normally will ask how you know the person who referred you. I found this Posted in Our Community and felt the need to warn others in the community to Be Aware of Scams Like This! All it takes is for them to get one person’s personal information and they attack your credit and bank accounts.

@Steven Ransom It could be because of the Title? However, when clicked to write this reply it sent me to a group. Not sure if it is your group? Occasionally this happens when they do upgrades on the app. I would write one of the community specialists and ask they what is going on?
@John Biddle - Like me, I get frustrated with the scams that people post. We flag it, and they are still there. Between the scams and getting people who try to ask if I want a Date? Then they get deleted and a few days later they are back again with a New Name and Account!
