@Sonya Dykes Hello Sonya, most work from home jobs will require some experience, if I were you, I’d focus on customer service roles. If you need to get some experience I’d recommend going out and applying for retail or restaurant work, with some customer service experience you’ll be able to leverage this on a resume. Hope this helps and good luck 👍🏼

Hey @Sonya Dykes welcome to Jobcase community.

The best thing about working remotely: you may get a job anywhere in the state. The best remote job is one that matches your skill sets so that you may have a chance to get the job. Do you have any coding skills? management skills? customer service skills? It depends on your previous experience.

I listed remote job opportunities for you. You may narrow this search by adding keywords.

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Hi. If you have a P&C license but no insurance sales experience, there are several steps you can take to break into insurance sales. You can start by researching insurance companies and agencies in your area that are hiring for entry-level sales positions. You may also want to consider taking online or in-person courses on insurance sales and customer service to learn the basics of the industry and develop your skills. Networking with other professionals in the insurance industry and attending industry events can also help you make connections and learn about job openings. Additionally, you can consider reaching out to insurance recruiters who can help you find job opportunities and provide guidance on how to succeed in the industry. Be prepared to start in a support role or as an assistant to a more experienced sales agent, and work your way up as you gain experience and develop your skills. Try and see if any of those work. Check out the job board and see if you can find any entry level options! Good luck

Retail Merchandiser at Sas Retail Services Llc

When I started in retail in 2018, I had no experience in retail. I took a job working for Macy's from November - January 2019. The Macy's staff taught me everything I needed to know for my support associate position. It was a lot of work but I had the best learning experience ever and I got to meet a lot of customers/families in the process; helped them buy Macy's products. I was sorry my job ended.

Applying on line is so impersonal, an employer has no way to tell anything about the person if they can’t talk to them before they are weeded out. The applicant may not have all of the qualifications or experience but they may be a good fit for the job if they can be trained.

My last 5 jobs I had no experience or qualifications and the supervisors were willIng to take a chance and train me. I made sure I did not disappoint them. I did get my certificates and license if it would help me to improve myself. #jobsearch #noexperience #advice #interview
