I have been wanting to go back to school to get my RN degree. I have a BS in the health field but it is from 1996. Every school I talk to tells me that basically my degree is invalid because it is from so long ago. I have been told I have to start over. How can this be right? I paid for and earned this degree, now it isn't worth anything? Help! #education #nursing #bogusrules

I'm a new nurse and I feel like I need to say "yes" everything that is sent my way (shift changes, additional duties, extra hours, etc) I want to look good for my new supervisors and I want my coworkers to like me.

How can I say no? Should I say no??

I always work really hard at everything I do. But it's only been 4 months and I am TIRED from all the extra things i've been doing for my coworkers and other hospital staff.

It totally clean with no smells. Nurses are happy their work is shared. Ask anyone one the outside if they ever heard anything bad about this nursing home and you’ll hear nothing bad.

A forensic nurse. That should be easy to find, it's the most understaffed nursing position. Apparently only 25% of ER in the U.S. are staffed with them which means rape and assault victims sometimes have to cross state lines to see one for a proper rape kit.
