Cake Decorator at Walmart

Depends on the deparent. I work in bakery. Team members are friendly but bosses can be pushy at times. People in deli are pretty friendly but same goes for the boss. Some of other department are different though.

Some departments and areas work as a team. Depends on how you are as a team player. You will be asked to help out in various areas. If you are a willing team player and other members will help your area due to your teamwork.

Work from home is super popular since the pandemic started. I work remotely - which is great, but it also has its disadvantages. Working remotely can get more lonely and monotonous than physically going to work.
