Really rely on advice from your co-workers. Do not trust Corporate loyalty. Always maintain an active and posted resume. You are not being dis-loyal by leaving for a better opportunity. They will let you go (without notice or warning) for a better opportunity when it arises.

Getting comfortable and thinking that I fit (had a place in the organization). Didn't see it coming.

Good day, I'd just like to find out If there is anyone out there that is willing to help me with a job. I've been a facilities manager for 5 years and was at a company for the past 2 years as a facilities manager. I've got the experience and completed FM Certification at Wits University. Please can anyone help. Thank you .

It's a very good company to work for. You're going to learn A LOT and you're going to be overwhelmed at times but there is a great support system with the co-workers and the whole team.

The biggest mistake I made while working for Pizzagalli as a facilities manager is not taking advantage of the benefit offered of taking collage classes that would pertain to my occupation. While working for pizzagalli I made plenty of mistakes along the way. Some mistakes took longer for me to figure out than others but thankfully I had a wonderful manager who was supportive and kind.

Nice place to work. It's a small city unto itself. Most folks are pleasant. If you like socializing, being part of committees, freedom to move about the campus (at least in my function) this a great place to be.
