Peckham has good intentions for the disabled but the management has a lot to be desired. Nepotism is obvious and makes seeking upward mobility a goal hard to achieve.

Peckham was a great place to work. The environment was geared to help you succeed and be the best you could be. I would still be working there if I didn’t move 50 miles away.
