It's a very good company to work for. You're going to learn A LOT and you're going to be overwhelmed at times but there is a great support system with the co-workers and the whole team.

The biggest mistake I made while working for Pizzagalli as a facilities manager is not taking advantage of the benefit offered of taking collage classes that would pertain to my occupation. While working for pizzagalli I made plenty of mistakes along the way. Some mistakes took longer for me to figure out than others but thankfully I had a wonderful manager who was supportive and kind.

Most days offered some level of stress which was really kind of the norm due to the number of buildings I was managing and the total number of occupants that needed things taken care of ASAP. Basically every day I would need to prioritize what needed to be taken care of in first to last and in the most efficient and effective way possible.

My supervisor was upset with me because I was trying to make extra money working for the snow removal contractor on the weekends ( not my normal work days for pizzagalli) shoveling snow. He said it was a conflict of interest and insisted I stopped so naturally I did.
