Work hard. It is a lot of heavy-lifting but it is worth it. It is actually a great workout.

Me personally I wouldn’t work there again worked for 8 yrs I gave my boss hours of availability and she said i don’t get where your coming from and continued to schedule me for times I wasn’t available. Kept on minimum wage Throughout my employment there not much room to move up in the company. It is simply a dead end job at least store 306 is I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody

My advice to them is to go for it and not have any second thought about it. Fry's is an employee oriented store who takes care and respect its team member as a family. There's plenty of opportunity for career advancement. Once assigned to a certain tasks, no matter what it is, put your whole heart into it 100%. without any kind of reservation. Be confident! Be Honest, Be Respectful, and Be Courteous. The Management team are very supportive for a team member to be successful.

Not asking questions. I've worked here for 6 months and I never was taught how to do most stuff. Maybe cause the guy who trained me worked there like 2 weeks before I was hired; god rest his soul. He isn't dead but he quit so he's dead to us. But I was expected to know how to do some stuff I didn't know how to do. I was either taught by a frustrated coworker or I figured it out. But please ask questions you will be better off asking

Honestly just do what you're told and make friends. You'll have a fine time doing that. I've made good friends with people here.
