Agreeing with Alida adding a detailed cover letter will make the hiring person want to look at your resume. Make sure your resume is easy to read by highlighting your experience with bullet points. Keep your resume with 1 to 1 1/2 pages at most.

This job specializes in the alcohol recovery area. Working 52 hours a week, I am helping alcoholics in recovery and new members' understanding of alcoholism and the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is an exciting and ":never a dull moment" experience. Helping so many alcoholics everyday to understand the ins and outs of the recovery process, all combined with property management, scheduling other employees, helping process all utility payments, hiring maintenance contractors, keeping our supporting Board policies enforcing a safe and pleasant environment, all coupled by manning a full serve coffee and snack bar. I love this job!
