@Roxana Salgado we've heard a lot of confusion about #unemployment - but I encourage you to keep your personal records confidential. Especially as it pertains to unemployment payments. i was getting pua in ky went to file again and my secret questions were changed so therefore i cnt change my pymnt info and it says theres diffulty with my claim gives me a confirmation when i do a payment request but havent receied a deposit or check in 2 months HELP PLEASEEEEE

My best advice would be to check out the job search tool and our getting hired resource center! I would start by filling out your JC profile and then once you have, select the resume tab and click download and PRESTO you have a pre-generated resume! Mine did the same thing when I tried to do my back claims starting with week ending Jan 2. So all my back claims say the same thing as yours. I called and the lady was able to process my claim over the phone. My stupid butt tried to claim it online again last week and the same thing, not eligible. Still waiting on it to be resolved so I can file all my back pay. What doesn't make sense is that I handed in my denial letter for reg ui last year, collected PUA last year, my claim says approved so how could I be eligible for reg ui or PUEC.
