I've been chasing my tail when it comes to my unemployment benefits in N.V. they stopped my payments July 2020. Changed my email address because the last 5 cellular devices I've owned since moving here have al been hacked into. (Among other experiences) misplaced my new email info that I wrote down, couldn't for the life of me remember what it was. Those responsible for hacking my phone conveniently deleted from my device. I was finally able to log back in just after new years 2021. Completed all the weeks I wasn't able to for almost 6 months, provided them with 36 weeks of books from my employment back in 2019. Uploaded every document they asked for. Drivers L./ id, birth certificate, the aforementioned copes of my books, hell even my library card. Then the waiting game persists. Then out of the blue they install the idme software and I got all the way to the point where you have to download the app on your phone. And.... You guessed it the hackers deleted the app from my phone twice. I requested a "ticket" from dime. And it took them 2 months to get back to me. Im not sure if I even want to continue the pursuit of my backpay( almost a full year). What I do know is this experience both with unemployment and living in the terrible state of N.V. Have been equally disappointing and nightmarish. I'd rather get the Covid virus than to go through the holidays again with no money or food. Or privacy.. P.S. DONT EVER MOVE INTO THE SUITES @ FLAMINGO!! You're Welcome Bush- #unemployment #benefits #backpay

You have to close out all weekly claims up to Dec. 26. Then go back like your doing weekly cert for the following week and it will tell you to reopen a new claim, it will say click here

How do you file FOR PUA back pay? #backpay

Hi @Renae Craine , in New Mexico the PUA application is a 2 step process. First, apply for regular Unemployment Insurance benefits at www.jobs.state.nm.us to determine if your income is covered by the regular state Unemployment Insurance (UI) program.
If determined ineligible for regular UI benefits, you will then be cleared to apply for PUA benefits. You are welcome to use the link below for immediate access to the application website. https://www.dws.state.nm.us

I was laid off from my job ..boss filed bankruptcy..i had 90 hrs coming to me..n now I'm told I get none of my 700 to $800 dollars owed to me...what can I do to recovercit or am I just screwed?
