Great job, because when I reach the top I will be PLEASED to take over the bosses position. Having a great boss and a horrible job means I would probably end up with a friend and unemployed, not the goal 😉

Sourcing Recruiter at Jobcase Inc

I starting working in an emergency room when I was 21. I had the opportunity to take some shifts in the operating room and I never took them. I was scared that I wouldn't do well because I didn't have any experience. I still regret never taking those shifts. So if I could do things differently I would take more chances and have more confidence.
