Raymond James is a good company but some departments such as AML is ran by young, inexperienced recent grads that do everything they can to cast a shadow on more experience folks. I suppose it's cheaper that way . All advancement opportunities are shared among the millennial crowd . I suppose they understand each other specially with the amount of bonding they do over happy hour .

They really need to move into the future, and train management how to treat people who may be experiencing new problems due to covid. #coronavirus #termination
