The one thing that I did that WOW my boss, was that I always processed more claims each day then even the permanent employees. During the time that I there the claims department was breaking up and out of 15 temp employees the department director chose me as the one that he kept until the end.

In my last company there was a challenge put forward by one of our clients. The name of the game was to provide the most economic and viable solution. We priced out some options but I was driven to form a new option myself. I 3D modeled and 3D printed on my own machine over 1000 unit of this creation which were sent to the field. That's my optimization of creativity, making the solution come to life.

I loved the people I worked with the most! I went above and beyond expectations of my job. I was the very first female to do a lot of different jobs bc I loved the competition that it felt like I was experiencing and knocking down walls showing that a woman can do the job just as well as a man and sometimes better. I moved up to a Team Leader position after I got a job as an operator overseeing 9 employees as we worked as a team to get gas line that was heat treated out the door to meet our deadlines. I enjoyed moving up as a Team Leader bc I enjoyed helping people. When new people would come in I would show them the proper way of doing their job and make sure they were not overworking themselves by doing extra work by being scared. I eased their minds and went over safety bc Safety is first and foremost the biggest thing in working in any field especially in a factory. I wanted to go home to my family and I wanted them to go home safely as well. Second was quality of or product. I wanted to show them what to look for and to be sure we were sending out the best to our customers. The employees though were the best of my job bc I love interacting with people and making sure they are not only doing the job right but that they are comfortable as well as safe!

I'm sure that you have plenty of skills and talents to offer them. Now how about their giving you credit for all of it? Lots of people like to take advantage of what you know and then give the credit to someone else-don't let them do that, lay down the law with them from the Very Start. Linda Ennis

I Helped a customer buy wiper blades for her truck and installed them for her even though we were past closing time. Her mom called my store manager and praised me for saving her life so she could drive home in the pouring rain
