Very true, but in California when you get out of prison California considers you a disadvantaged minority. With that said, the state will cover half of your wages for the first 90 days and you are automatically bonded by the state releasing the employer of any liability.

Clearinghouse violations are causing drivers to be blackballed from the industry, I failed a pre-employment drug test in 2020 and I've had a very hard time getting work ever since even tho I paid $1000 dollars for therapy and drug education courses. My advise to any felon or driver not registered with Clearinghouse is TO LIE the more honest you are the quicker the doors are slammed in your face and the crazy part of all this to me is the fact that I have a Perfect driving record 1 mistake has cost me alot more than it should have.

There is a pretty thorough background check about your past record discussion that you can check. We also have some interview tips to address your past that you can consider. Or it never hurts to ask directly about what their hiring process looks like, what are the steps involved and it will not implicate anything. Good luck!
