Is there anywhere in Winston-Salem that pays good and hires felons

I find that it's hard to find employment do to criminal history, I have 3 felonies. Utah likes to pass them out like parking tickets, I don't think it should define me as a person, or my work ability, it's been years since the last, I am since more "in tune" with the universe and more spiritual, I am a problem solver, have wide knowledge in mechanics, and can handle most residential repairs and a lot of commercial, I have yet to run into something I cannot fix, and believe I am a great leader

No they hire anybody

You can check my post with resources about second chances job leads and tips. There was also a great discussion where many members chimed in about job search advice after incarceration. Check them out!

Hi will

I spent almost 23 years in side and every job I had when I was home were high paying jobs and everyone told me that I would not get the job I'm honest right up front and I make sure that I don't hide my pass because it will come back and bite you so this way I don't get the job and they hire someone who is better for it im fine if they hire Billy Bob from tacobell drive through then the time I did and use my head for learning I file suit and that is what we have to do because are own government don't allow discrimination unless you are a conservative felon so I just started back to work announce self contractor who does my own work and get paid right right the way I should be that's the only way I can get any kind of fair treatment in this country

Do you feel that people who medicate with thc/CBD are discriminated against?

Hi i am wanting to know how do i go about landing a work from home position with only 2 years of telemarketing experence in the past and a crimal record of 1 clazs D felony i complied and completed probation with no prison time #hiringnow #workfromhome #entrylevel

No, when hiring they don't really do a background check. At most call your past employers.
