Follow the rules, know your rights never take any responsibilitie as favouring the company because the day you will fail then what will follow is penalty so better do what you signed for refuse what you did not signed for and enjoy working in own pizza.
Greatful thing is I never made any blander since I was very keen with work
i resolved it when i stop covering for her and she was now able to meet up with time
i had a disagreement with a coworker who was never on time and i had to cover for her all the time
i loved working at the restaurant because there was efficient time management, and that made me very happy because i know time is a very important factor in a business setting.

Hi i am from the Philippines, I graduated in college with a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, after i graduate I immediately look for a job, unfortunately i only got office type of work because the competition in the Philippines is really thight for hotel/restaurant industry. i have 5 months experience in Customer service (2 jobs combined) and a 6 months experience in an insurance company which is my recent work. I only resigned to my previous work because my petition to go to U.S.A has been finished
Now that i am here in Palmdale, CA it really makes me stressful to look for a Job, even in restaurants even the small ones I also applied because im not that picky and i know it doesn't work here. I've been here since Feb 4 2017 and im really getting frustrated because no one ever calls me back tho i already presented my self physically in the restaurant and company that i applied for and they also got my resume too.
My question is, what else should I do? :(
