Good working environment. Well defined work assignments. Nice benefits and paid vacations.

I loved the people I worked with, and the opportunity to work with my hands to repair all machine's in my department. The maintenance mechanics were fantastic at their jobs and willingly offered advise and the opportunity to learn a more in depth aspect of the repair of the machine's. I was well respected by my co workers and maintenance mechanics due to the fact that I would stay and help them with major machine break downs unlike the other setup mechanics who would call maintenance and just basically walk away from the job, I believe Because they were lazy and comfortable with their position, whereas I had goals to meet for the opportunity to move into the maintenance department. I would rather have something to do with my time than just hangout with others and do nothing. I learned a lot about hydraulic and phneumatic systems and all aspects of the maintenance mechanic job.
