I had a customer who was angry because sonething didnt ring up the same price he thought it was. Turns out it was on the wrong rack. So i explained that to him... And he was still angry so i talked to my manager & gave him a discount.
I listened to the customers complaints with my full attention. After the customer was done venting i explaind the sale and promos rue was having. She was still upset . i remained calm and showered her another great promtion that was more in price range . i aslo informed her about rue 21 website and the great offers rue had to offer if subscribed. She left satisfied and i promoted the website and another in store offer that was going on.
No disagreement, loved my job! Loved all coworkers, and all managers. Store is closing an need to find new job
