In 2020, when Covid was at its peak, our organization cut employees down and ran at very minimal staff. During the time, it was impossible to take PTO. When deciding to retire later that year, I expected that a pay out would happen. Also when requesting to take my retire one month later, it was denied. Do I have any rights or action that can be taken against the employer for age discrimination?
Flexibility! Can schedule projects according to your lifestyle. Pay and getting a raise is absolutely worthless. Not steady work, 1 week on 1 off, 3 months off during winter, then slammed to where you almost need to spend the night in the store to finish your projects. Love doing what I do, easier to understand than most Merchandising companies. Good question tho...why do I stay 🤔

Where I can best serve the community at presently working five years of the day have instructor instructing people with an average IQ of 35 we start work at 6:30 in the morning when I collect people and bring them from the group homes to the school 8:00 sharp so I was instructing them through at 4:00 no breaks just full force more I enjoy it sounds of accomplishment two years ago my wife wanted a divorce we have no children or explanation as I don't love you anymore I want to travel the world and you want to stay home and work one job so now I got to improve my income since I'm presently working for minimal pay I have 120 hours with vacation PTO time so you can see I constantly work we have minimal instructions we should have 12 we're down to four and some of those are part-time we have estimated 48 to 50 students so any given morning
Why do I have to have a credit card to work at the post office or apply for a job there?
I enjoyed working at Dollar Tree because of my team. I obviously enjoy shopping there so why not work there. But, also I liked to see and stock the product. The cons of the job is very small staffing hours n pay.
